Field:Chooseoneoftheavailabledatabasefieldsasasourceforthevariablefield.

Length:Definethemaximumlengthofthestringinvariable.Iffieldindatabasecontainsmorechar-

acters,theywillnotbeprinted.Thisoptionisusefulifthefieldlengthinyourdatabaseisnotfixed

(forexampletabdelimitedASCIIfile),orifyoudon'twanttoreservespaceforallthecharactersin

database'sfield.

Thevariableelementcanhaveaprefixandsuffixvalues.Theprefixtextisplacedinfrontofthevar-

iable'svalue.Thesuffixtextisplaceattheendofthevariable'svalue.

Note:

Ifyouleavetheeditfieldsempty,theprefix/suffixwillnotbeused.

Prefixandsuffixcanbeusedinsituationswheretheyarerequiredonlyifthevariablehassetsome

value.Ifthevariableisempty,theprefix/suffixwillnotbeprintedaswell.

3. Definethecontentsforthetextobject.

4. ClickontheNextbuttontoadvancetothenextstepofthewizard.

5. Followon-screeninstructionsinthenextsteps.

6. ClickontheFinishbutton.
